All lots have double pads, one for the motorhome and the other for a car and a picnic area. Telephone connection is installed on the lot. High speed WiFi Internet is now available.

Because we have state of the art desert landscaping, there are no sprinklers to spoil your motorhome, but rather a drip system that feeds and waters the plants. Noise pollution is not being tolerated.

There are no blowers to attack your nervous system.
